We engineer our jewelry for your actual life, not just for the jewelry box. We are fiercely confident in the quality of our materials, which is why we offer a 3-Month from the date you receive your order.
For all collections, it covers any defects resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry (such as broken clasps or loose settings).
What is not covered:
Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (including standard scratches), damage caused by excessive force, or the degradation of our premium plated statement pieces and crystal pearls due to improper care (such as exposure to harsh chemicals or heavy perfumes). Any modification done by a third party will also void the warranty.

- Please note: Within the first 30 days of receiving your order, our standard return policy still applies, allowing you to request a return, refund, or exchange.
- For items covered under the 3-month warranty:
- We will provide repair service for quality-related issues.
- If the item cannot be repaired or is not covered under warranty, we will offer a 60% replacement discount for the same item.

- Important Notice: Jewelry is a delicate product. We kindly remind customers to handle it with care to preserve its beauty and durability. Please note that damages caused by misuse, accidents, improper care of plated items (such as oxidation or discoloration), or bent earring posts are not considered quality issues and are therefore not covered under warranty.
Shipping costs for replacement products under warranty are the customer's responsibility.
Our support team responds to claims within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Response times may be longer during busy periods or holidays.
